The 10 Eco Lodges on the southern part are on sale now
Three types of homes will be built on the hilly site of Harz Eco Lodges. Careful positioning ensures generous plots with plenty of privacy.
The location of the houses is designed to enjoy the outdoors for as long as possible. Each house will have a view of the valley and the setting sun from the terrace.
The park will have a central reception with the necessary facilities, such as a bistro with terrace and a sandwich service. All lodges will have optimal access and each plot will have two private parking spaces.
The character of the surroundings will be retained, with plenty of local vegetation and height differences. The park is literally surrounded by forests. At Harz Eco Lodges, you don't have to look for peace, space and nature. It is always present here.

Type A - 4+2 persons
6-person lodge with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, 2 luxurious bathrooms and a separate toilet. Two additional sleeping places can be created on the mezzanine floor.

Type B - 6 persons
6-person lodge, with 3 bedrooms in the basement. Here you will also find 3 separate luxury bathrooms, one of which has its own toilet. The hallway leads to a separate toilet.

Type C - 4 persons
4-person lodge with a spacious living and 2 sleeping quarters. The sleeping quarters each have 2 separate luxury bathrooms. The hallway leads to a separate toilet.
Location
Height differences
The height differences in the landscape create variation in microclimates and habitat types, benefiting ecology and biodiversity. The slopes create variation in flora and fauna through varying sun exposure and drainage.
